No physical shipping

Planty Growth sells digital botanical illustrations only. No physical print, frame or parcel will be shipped, and no shipping fee should apply to an illustration order.

Digital delivery

Access or download instructions are provided after successful payment or sent with the order confirmation. Delivery timing can occasionally be affected by payment review, email filtering or a typing error in the checkout email address.

If your download does not arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder and confirm that the order email address is correct. If you still cannot access the file, email storescaleagency@gmail.com with your order number so we can help.
