Planty Growth sells downloadable digital illustrations. No physical item is shipped and there is nothing to return by post.

Change-of-mind cancellations

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with a statutory withdrawal right, you may have the right to cancel an online purchase within the applicable period. For digital content, that right may end once access or downloading begins if you expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If you purchased by mistake and have not accessed or downloaded the file, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the request under the laws that apply to your purchase.

Faulty, missing or misdescribed files

If the file is corrupt, cannot be opened, is missing, or is materially different from its product description, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will first try to provide the correct working file. Where the problem cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund under applicable consumer law.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same illustration more than once, contact us promptly with the relevant order numbers so we can review the duplicate charge.

How to request help

Email storescaleagency@gmail.com and include your order number, the illustration title and a short explanation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing times depend on your payment provider.
