Overview

This website is operated by Planty Growth. These Terms of Service apply when you visit the store, create an account, place an order, download a digital product or otherwise use the website. By using the store, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from the website.

1. Store and product information

Planty Growth sells digital botanical illustrations. Product previews may be reduced in size or displayed differently by individual screens. Each product page identifies the subject and supplied file format. We may correct genuine errors in descriptions, pricing or availability.

2. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment is authorised and Shopify issues an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where required by law, where fraud or misuse is suspected, or where a genuine pricing or technical error prevents fulfilment. Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be returned.

3. Digital delivery

No physical item is shipped. Download or access instructions are provided after checkout or with the order confirmation. You are responsible for entering a working email address and for keeping your download and account details secure. Contact us if a purchased file is not supplied or cannot be accessed.

4. Licence and intellectual property

All artwork, product previews, text, branding and website content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing an illustration grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence; it does not transfer ownership or copyright. 5. Refunds and consumer rights

Refund and cancellation requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights. If digital content is faulty, not supplied or not as described, remedies available under applicable law remain available.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, scrape the store in a way that disrupts the service, use the content unlawfully, or infringe the rights of Planty Growth or another person.

7. Third-party services

The store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics or delivery services. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites linked from the store.

8. Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the store and purchased files available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planty Growth is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or artwork. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the store, products, technology or legal requirements. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date.

10. Governing rules and contact
