Licence & Usage

Purchasing a Planty Growth illustration gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the downloaded file under the terms below. Ownership and copyright in the artwork are not transferred.

Permitted uses

• Personal prints, décor and gifts.
• Personal mood boards, presentations and creative studies.
• Digital or printed use within one finished client project, provided the illustration is embedded in the final design and cannot be extracted as a standalone file.
• Portfolio display of your finished project.

Uses that require written permission

• Products for resale where the illustration is the main source of value, including standalone art prints, posters, cards, fabric, merchandise and print-on-demand products.
• Large-volume publishing, packaging, advertising or distribution.
• Use across multiple client projects or by a team, agency or organisation.

Not permitted

• Reselling, sharing, sublicensing, gifting or redistributing the original file.
• Uploading the file to stock libraries, template marketplaces, public asset libraries or file-sharing services.
• Claiming the illustration as your own work or registering it as a trademark, logo or exclusive brand asset.
• Using the file to train, fine-tune or build a generative artificial-intelligence model or dataset.
• Using the artwork for unlawful, misleading, defamatory or harmful purposes.

Commercial and extended licensing

If your project falls outside the permitted uses, contact Planty Growth before publishing or manufacturing. Tell us how the illustration will be used, the estimated quantity and the distribution territory, and we will confirm whether an extended licence is available.
