Are these physical products?

No. Every active Planty Growth product is a digital botanical illustration. Nothing is shipped to your address.

What will I receive?

You will receive the digital image file stated on the product page. Most illustrations are supplied as PNG files; any exception is clearly identified in the listing.

How do I receive my download?

Digital-delivery instructions are provided after checkout or with your order email. If you have not received access, check your spam folder and then contact us with your order number.

Can I print the illustration?

Yes, personal printing is permitted. Final print quality depends on the original file dimensions, chosen print size, paper and printer settings.

Can I use the artwork commercially?

Limited use in a finished client project is permitted under the standard licence. Reselling the source file, distributing it, or selling products where the illustration is the main value requires written permission or an extended licence. See Licence & Usage.

Can I return a digital file?

Digital purchases are handled under our Refund Policy. Your mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content, are not affected.

What if the file is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will provide a working replacement or another remedy when required.

Do you accept commissions or licensing enquiries?
